１．备扫把、垃圾铲、胶袋、胶桶、拖把各一只，从底层至顶自下而上，清扫楼道梯级，将果皮、烟头、纸屑收集于胶袋中，然后倒入垃圾车，用胶桶装清水，洗净拖把，拧干拖把上的水，用拖把从顶层往下逐级拖抹梯级，拖抹时清洗拖把数次。

２．备抹布一块，胶桶（装水）自下而上，擦抹楼梯扶手及栏杆，擦抹时，清洗抹布数次。

３．清洁消防栓、管、备扫把一把、胶桶（装水），抹布二块（干、湿各一块），先用扫把打扫消防管上的灰尘和蜘蛛网，再用湿抹布擦抹消防栓及玻璃，然后用干抹布，擦抹玻璃一次，按上述程序逐个清洁。

４．清洁墙面、开关，备干净的长柄胶扫把、胶桶（装水）抹布和刮刀，先用扫把打扫墙上的蜘蛛网，再撕下墙上贴的广告纸，如有残纸时用湿抹布、抹湿残纸，慢慢用刮刀刮去，用湿抹布擦干净，将抹布清洗干净，尽量拧开水分，擦抹各楼道灯开关板。

５．清洁窗户玻璃，备玻璃刮，清水一桶，清洁剂，按玻璃门窗、镜面的清洁。

６．每小时巡视检查楼道内外卫生１次，将垃圾清扫净。
